Academic Qualification: Applicants shall have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in relevant majors from top universities or well-known research institutions at home and abroad, with a general age limit of under 35 years old.

Academic Performance: Possess a solid professional foundation and innovative capabilities, have achieved outstanding performance during doctoral studies or subsequent research work, obtained influential academic achievements, and demonstrated excellent potential for academic development.

Personal Qualities: Be passionate about higher education and scientific research undertakings, with good moral character and rigorous academic attitude. Have strong team spirit, communication skills, and the ability to independently carry out innovative research.
