The undergraduate employment rate reaches nearly 100%, and approximately 75% of the graduating cohort pursue master’s or doctoral studies either domestically or overseas. Among them, around 30% are admitted directly to integrated bachelor-master or bachelor-PhD programs without taking entrance examinations.

Graduates are qualified for high-tech product design, R&D, and corporate management roles across diverse fields including instrumentation, machinery, electronics, information technology, and the internet. The majority secure positions at research institutes, universities, Sino-foreign joint ventures, and large-and-medium-sized state-owned enterprises in sectors such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, equipment engineering, information and communications technology, and the internet industry.
