To effectively arouse college students' profound interest and inherent potential in scientific research and cutting-edge exploration, focus on cultivating their awareness of scientific and technological innovation, practical ability and team spirit, and guide young students to actively engage in the scientific and technological innovation and practical application in the field of artificial intelligence, the Undergraduate School of Harbin Institute of Technology and the Heilongjiang Instrument and Control Society have, after full consultation and careful preparation, decided to co-host the 4th Heilongjiang Provincial College Students' Intelligent Sensing Competition in November 2025. The relevant arrangements and matters of this competition are hereby notified as follows.

III. Participants
Undergraduate students currently studying in universities in Heilongjiang Province may form teams to register for the competition. Each team shall have no more than 3 members in principle, and a team leader shall be appointed for each team.
IV. Competition Schedule and Phased Arrangements
· September 22 - October 17, 2025: Release of competition rules and competition registration
· October 18 - October 19, 2025: The Organizing Committee conducts qualification review of registered teams and confirms the final list of participants
· October 20 - October 26, 2025: Online training
· November 1 - November 16, 2025: Offline pre-competition training
· November 30, 2025: Final Competition
V. Award Setting
Awards will be presented according to the cumulative points ranking of each participating team, including 4 First Prizes, 12 Second Prizes, and Third Prizes for all other teams. The Competition Organizing Committee will issue award certificates and prizes to all winning teams.
VI. Competition Process
This competition is divided into two stages: the Preliminary Competition and the Final Competition. In the Preliminary Competition, teams will be divided into groups by drawing lots, and a single round-robin format will be adopted to determine the 16 teams advancing to the Final Competition. The teams entering the Final Competition will be grouped in order to conduct a knockout match between two teams, and the champion, runner-up and third place of the 4th Heilongjiang Provincial College Students' Intelligent Sensing Competition will be determined eventually.

VII. Registration Method
No registration fee is charged for this competition, and the transportation, accommodation and catering expenses shall be borne by the participants themselves.
The registration deadline is 12:00 noon on October 17, 2025. Participating teams shall send the Registration Form of the 4th Heilongjiang Provincial College Students' Intelligent Sensing Competition (Annex 2) to the email address: hit_ai_ise@163.com. Both the email subject and the attachment shall be named as University + Team Name + Team Leader of the Participating Team.
The Competition Organizing Committee and the Technical Committee reserve the right to interpret the relevant contents and rules.
